There is a missing or damaged product in my order, what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@shopmartinas.com for assistance with your unique problem. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped is a refund has not been issued.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 2 busineses days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For more questions contact us at hello@shopmartinas.com.

USA  |  7-10 days

International  |  12-24 days

How do I track my order?

Be sure to purchase tracking with your order at time of checkout. All details needed will be sent in an email when we ship out your order.

 

My parcel hasn't arrived on time, is it lost in transit? 

Please allow some time for your parcel to arrive. Parcels rarely go missing, but may sometimes be delayed by customs. If your order seems to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@shopmartinas.com and we will do our best to assist you.
